 75 yds. each of 2 colors of DK or WW cotton - OR - 150 yds. total for one-color scarf (sample shown in Tahki "Cotton Classic")

 Size 6 straight needles plus 1 extra size 6 dpn;  Stitch holder

 Gauge:  5 sts = 1”, 10 rows = 1” in garter stitch on size 6 needles
