Size F (3.75 mm) hook 
2 yds. ¼” ribbon (red or color of choice) 

Optional for wrist cuffs: 2 buttons

Fasten off and weave in ends. 
 

Cut a 20” piece of ribbon and thread through spaces at top of piece.  Gather piece and tie in bow. Place over top of wine bottle.  For wrist cuffs, sew a button to one end of foundation round and use space on other end as buttonhole.
